Spiritual Farming Series Part 2: Sovereignty:The Power Invested in You!

Spiritual Farming Series Part 2:Sovereignty:The Power Invested in You!
Goodness is the only investment that never fails.

Here it is in the word of God everything we need to understand who God created us to be. He created us to have dominion, power, ruler ship and authority over the earth and over spiritual wickedness in high places. God has given us authority and power over the enemy. Here it is in the Garden of Eden. A garden that represents life and the very ideal of what happens when God steps on the scene of darkness.

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth and the earth was with out form and void. Darkness that which speaks of emptiness, lacking, something missing and something with out. But God stepped into nothingness and created life. He breathed into man life! He breathed into man the power to create, reproduce, make decisions, rule over the fishes and the sea. God created out of darkness and the mysteries of his mind a world made for man to have dominion. Genesis chapters 1-4

The enemy who had been kicked out of heaven before the creation of man was already existing in this nothingness waiting for what had been hidden in the earth(Spiritual Farming series 1c, revelations 12) In revelations chapter 12 the enemy sees what his end will be and seeks to destroy the seed of Eve. What the enemy did not understand is that his very desire to kill the seed was a part of God's ultimate plan to bring man up from dominion over the earth to dominion over the earth and satan himself. If Adam had true ultimate dominion over the enemy then Adam would not have had a choice to make.

Mankind was destined to be subjected to the choice between God or satan. God already knew that satan would choose to rebel and that he would be exposed to his children. He also knew that Adam and Eve would make the wrong choices. Why did God create man? He created man out of love and a desire to commune with us and shepherd us as a father does his children as a parent. God wanted more children.  God could have gotten rid of all of us after the fall, but since He knows that there are a few good seed out there that will choose Him he waits on us knowing that the good seed will be separated from the bad seed and that for the joy that is set before Him He endures the bad seed because He knows there are some redeemed of the Lord who will choose Him over the flesh, pride of life, greed, money, worldly power and sin.  Ephesians Chapter 1

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he[b] predestined us for adoption to sonship[c] through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will— to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the richesof God’s grace that he lavished on us. With all wisdom and understanding, he[d] made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, 10 to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment—to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ.
11 In him we were also chosen,[e] having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, 12 in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory. 13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory. Ephesians 1:3-13

What God sees when he looks at the children of men is seed. He knows what seed is bad and what seed is good. And when we choose him all he can see is THEE SEED! JESUS Christ! And the enemy's plan is to kill the power that has now been invested in you! Once Christ is in you and you have been filled with the Power of Holy Ghost! You have been supernaturally changed. The fruits of the Spirit that Adam and Eve had before the fall that would have prevented Cain and Abel. murder, hate, and etc has been restored back to your mind and a sincere and genuine love for others and life has now been restored! But in all of that because you are still in this body and in the world you are still in a BATTLE!

Now that your mind has been supernaturally restored there is a fight to keep what God has INVESTED in you. You can multiply it or have what has been given taken away. The devil is fighting you for what God has INVESTED in you. More than talent! More than what you have in natural ability, but that, of the Holy Spirit and the JESUS, THE SEED! The POWER IN YOU!  The gifts of the spirit include the fruit of the Spirit; Galatians 5:21-22, prophesy, working of miracles, healing, speaking and interpretation of tongues, hospitality, Apostles, Teachers, Prophets, Evangelist, and Pastors.  The devil wants to steal the fruit of the spirit from you, the gifts to lay on the sick and recover! he wants to steal your ability to give and help others. He wants to steal the image of Christ in you!

Christ brought us together through his death on the cross. The Cross got us to embrace, and that was the end of the hostility. Christ came and preached peace to you outsiders and peace to us insiders. He treated us as equals, and so made us equals. Through him we both share the same Spirit and have equal access to the Father.
19-22 That’s plain enough, isn’t it? You’re no longer wandering exiles. This kingdom of faith is now your home country. You’re no longer strangers or outsiders. You belong here, with as much right to the name Christian as anyone. God is building a home. He’s using us all—irrespective of how we got here—in what he is building. He used the apostles and prophets for the foundation. Now he’s using you, fitting you in brick by brick, stone by stone, with Christ Jesus as the cornerstone that holds all the parts together. We see it taking shape day after day—a holy temple built by God, all of us built into it, a temple in which God is quite at home.
 Ephesians 2:16-22

So as you complete this day to day walk with God remember who you are and who is INVESTED IN YOU! Remember the Power that is INVESTED IN YOU!

Be Blessed!

May your day be filled with the LOVE of Christ!

Bonding: What Does it Mean to be a REAL FRIEND?

Bonding: What it means to be a REAL FRIEND!
FRIENDSHIP is the rainbow between two hearts sharing seven colors: feelings, love, sadness, happiness, truth, faith, secret & respect.-Anonymous

Someone somewhere in the world felt like expressing the meaning of friendship. According to this anonymous quote, friendship is connected or bound by eight characteristics; feelings, love, sadness, truth, faith, shared secrets and respect.

When a true frienship is melded or linked by these characteristics it is bound to stay together. In the word of God there are many types of relationships that are bound and linked by many negative and positive characteristics. In the book of First Samuel, David and Jonathan had a unique and special bond. As we look at the meaning of what it means to bond this month, David and Jonathan's relationship in the bible display a bond, bound by feelings, love, sadness, happiness, truth, faith, shared secrets, and respect.

Jonathan and David's relationship was odd in that both were to be successors to the same throne. Since Saul had been named king in the natural order of things Jonathan was next in line to be King. However according to the supernatural order of things, David was to be king.  The fact that God had ordained David to be king never hindered Jonathans faithfulness and loyalty to David and their friendship. In fact in 1 Samuel the 19th chapter Jonathan had a great opportunity to kill David to ensure his own kingship. But Jonathan recognized that he would be going against the Sovereign will of God. Hence we discover that Jonathan had faith in God's decision to demote his family from the throne and place David as king instead. Jonathan had faith that when David took the throne that all would be well.

Jonathan did not mind being second place. Jonathan was humble. He had humility.  When he had the opportunity to kill his friend, he was loyal. Real friends are faithful and loyal. Real friends trust God and respect God's Sovereign will for their own life as well as the lives of their friends. Real friends show humility and compassion towards one another.

When Saul shared his plans to kill David with Jonathan, Jonathan spoke on his behalf.  Jonathan also told David to hide so that he could speak on his friend's behalf. Jonathan was also an intercessor or mediator for his friend.  He did whatever he could to work things out for the best outcome for his friend. Real friends intercede or mediate on your behalf for things to work in your favor.

David and Jonathan were able to confide in each other. When David told Jonathan about his father's plans to kill him, Jonathan believed him. This means that there was a strong element of trust between Jonathan and David.  Jonathan trusted David till the point that he was prepared to help David in his situation. Real friends trust you and are trust worthy.

Jonathan promised to tell David whether or not Saul meant to kill him and to let him know whether he should continue to go on the run or stay. Jonathan was a man of his word. Real friends keep their word.

Jonathan and David's bond was so great that they made a pact between each other that would last past death.

"As God, the God of Israel, is my witness, by this time tomorrow I’ll get it out of my father how he feels about you. Then I’ll let you know what I learn. May God do his worst to me if I let you down! If my father still intends to kill you, I’ll tell you and get you out of here in one piece. And God be with you as he’s been with my father! If I make it through this alive, continue to be my covenant friend. And if I die, keep the covenant friendship with my family—forever. And when God finally rids the earth of David’s enemies, stay loyal to Jonathan!” Jonathan repeated his pledge of love and friendship for David. He loved David more than his own soul!1 Samuel 20:13-17

Jonathan's friendship to David extended beyond jealousy, hate, self gain, selfishness and lust for power. Jonathan respected David as the annointed of God. Even though he could have become familiar with David, he did not allow familiarity keep him from respecting David as God's chosen. Real friends respect the annointing in one's life.

It was a sad occasion when David and Jonathan departed. It was not easy to leave a season of shared happiness and transition into a season of sadness and separation. Real friends feel happiness and sadness together. Real friendships out last separation, tragedy and even death.

servant." 3 And the king said, "Is there not still someone of the house of Saul, that I may show the kindness of God to him?" Ziba said to the king, "There is still a son of Jonathan; he is crippled in his feet." 2 Samuel 9:3

After Jonathan's death, David kept his word to his friend by honoring his best friend's son, Mephibosheth.

And Mephibosheth the son of Jonathan, son of Saul, came to David and fell on his face and paid homage. And David said, "Mephibosheth!" And he answered, "Behold, I am your servant." 7 And David said to him, "Do not fear, for I will show you kindness for the sake of your father Jonathan, and I will restore to you all the land of Saul your father, and you shall eat at my table always."
2 Samuel 9:4-7

Real friends keep their word even when it seems impossible. They will find a way to do whatever it is that they said.

Real friendships are bound by the very characteristics of God. Jonathan and David had Agape love for one another. Jonathan put his life on the line for David. When he stood up for David his father even tried to kill him, but he stood his ground. Real friends will endure with you in tough times.   Jonathan was obedient to the commandment that said that we should love our neighbor as we love our own selves.Jonathan loved David as he loved himself.  Jonathan and David endured all things, believed all things, hoped all things and bore all things!

Jonathan and David's friendship actually is a picture of Christ's love for us. Jesus laid down his life for all of us and endured all things for us. Real friends show Agape love towards one another.

The knots that bind Godly relationships include:

Love for God
Agape love for one another
Trust in each other
Faith in God's Sovereign will
Intercession/Mediation
Faithfulness and loyalty
Humility and compassion
Keeping one's word
Respecting the annointing on each other's lives
Experiencing happiness and sadness together
Outlasting separation
Imitating Christ's love for us

A rainbow in the word of God represents God's promise of Grace. God promised Noah that He would never destroy the earth again with water. God kept his promise and graced man with a second chance to experience His love and grace through Jesus Christ. This is not something that God had to do, but something that He chose to do because of His unconditional love for mankind. So be encouraged to form relationships with others that exemplify and show the love of Christ.  When it seems you can no longer endure the faults, troubles and trials of your friends, remember the cross and remember what it means to really have Agape love for others. The bond that brings all relationships close and closer is Agape love.

Let yor day Be filled with the love of Christ!

Humility: The key to Coping with the Changes of Life

Humility: The Key to Coping with the Changes of Life!

“Humility is the only true wisdom by which we prepare our minds for all the possible changes of life. ”

George Arliss

According to Actor George Arliss, the one true wisdom, discretion, bit of knowledge, enlightenment, elucidation, light of understanding, and illumination one needs to cope with the various changes of life is to maintain a mindset of humility.

Whether it is a house going into foreclusure, not being able to pay rent, a car breaking down, a miscarriage, a lost loved one, losing a job, suffering from heart break, embarrasement, or hurt or betrayal from friends, co-worker or a loved one; changes in life can be abrupt interruptions that have a way of causing us to discover who we really are.

It is through being with out, suffering pain, and experiencing vulnerability that we discover what we are really and truly made of. It is when you are faced with choices that one sees where one's heart is once the decision has been made.  Will you curse God or Bless Him through it all? Will you choose to lie or tell the truth when under pressure at work?  Will you choose to sleep around for a promotion or trust God to elevate you? Will you choose to steal, sell drugs, look for a sugar daddy or mama to pay your bills or will you trust God? Will you cut corners, cut people down, or back stab your way into a position or let God work on your behalf?

At the end of the day the bottom line question is: Will you trust God? An humble person trusts God with everything. An humble person obeys the commandments and adheres to the voice of God.

When you are facing negative changes in your life, will you TRUST GOD?  When everything around you is dark and it seems as if there is no way out, will you TRUST GOD?  When you need more money to feed your family, will you TRUST GOD! True faith in God takes true humility. It's realizing that all that you are and this world is, God controls. When you trust God you have already come to the realization that you are NOT GOD. You do not know all of the things that God knows. You willl never sit as high or as low as He sits and because of that you will trust Him because at the end of the day God knows what is best for you.

Being able to live out faith in God shows true humility.

When you win the lottery, get a new appointment, job, promotion, get married, move into a new house or upscale neighborhood, and purchases a new car, what will be your response? Who are you really.  A wise person once said that it is not power that corrupts but it is the person who gains the power who is corrupt before they gain the power or even money.

When God elevates you will you Trust God! No matter how low or high Joseph was promoted or demoted His faith in God never wavered. Joseph's character was proven in His response to His brothers.

19 But Joseph said to them, "Do not fear, for am I in the place of God? 20 As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today. 21 So do not fear; I will provide for you and your little ones." Thus he comforted them and spoke kindly to them. Genesis 50:19-21

After all that Joseph had suffered he was still able to maintain a heart of forgiveness. Humility is the ability to maintain God-Like Character no matter what one is experiencing. It is the ability to maintain peace with God, peace in your mind and peace with others whether you have or have not.

Paul states it this way: 11 Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. 12 I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. 13 I can do all things through him who strengthens me Philippians 4:11-13

After Paul gives us true examples of humility in the book of Philippians where he has highlighted the death of Jesus Christ, his servant and himself. Paul states that he knows how to be at peace in his mind whether he has more than enough or whether he is lacking. This is what true humility is composed of.

Humility is the ability to be able to treat everybody with the love of Christ regardless of the circumstances including how they treat you.

Jesus never deserved the cross, Paul never deserved imprisonment and neither did Joseph. However their character never changed while experiencing these harsh situations. God used these situations to not only elevate these men, but to also display His glory and change lives. When you serve God, even while mistreated it is so that God will ultimately get the glory!

So be encouraged Saints! No matter what you experience in life God is using that situation to show you who you really are so that you can do the necessary work to allow God to reshape and mold your character into what He wants you to be so that He can get the glory and praise and lives canbe changed.  God can do His part as long as you make the choice to allow God to show you your flaws. An humble person is not afraid to recognize His or her flaws, confess them and repent.

In order to cope with the changes of life in a Godly manner one must maintain a stance of humility by keeping a realistic view of oneself. Stop spending so much time monitoring some one elses character growth with out first monitoring your own. When one monitors their own growth, one will maintain a spirit of humility. If today has enough evil in it for itself with out worrying for tomorrow, so do your own issues and character flaws each day! So by the time a person gets through working on their own flaws in one day, they really don't have time for anyone elses.

So Be Encouraged to handle the Changes of life by maintaining a Spirit of Humility by trusting God, focusing on your own character flaws, and treating others with love and respect.

LET YOUR DAY BE FILLED WITH THE LOVE OF CHRIST!

ENDURANCE:THE KEY TO ETERNITY!

ENDURANCE: THE KEY TO ETERNITY

“At the end of the day it's about how much you can bear, how much you can endure. Being together, we harm nobody; being apart, we extinguish ourselves.”
Tabitha Suzuma, Forbidden

According to Tabitha Suzuma one can't make it through life with out bearing one another's faults, frailties, weaknesses, crosses or burdens.  We as Christians must answer the call to bear one another.  Another word for this in the Bible is called forbearance.  Each of us has been given a unique make-up. Each of us is a colorful design painted on the canvas called life. We each make up a special mark of artistry upon the pages of life. Each of us represents a new book or chapter spoken out of the mouth of God before the beginning of time.   It is God's desire that we love and respect His word, His voice and His decision to speak each of us in our own uniqueness into existence. To not bear one another's existence is to not bear God's spoken word or decision to create your fellow brother, sister or human being.

The word of  God says:

And they compel one Simon a Cyrenian, who passed by, coming out of the country, the father of Alexander and Rufus, to bear his cross. Mark 15:21

Simon, a Cyrenian was  chosen to bear the cross of Jesus. Jesus who had previously been scourged with a cat of nine tails, the Son of God needed someone to help Him bear His cross. Simeon means heard, to hear or obey, and also means stone or rock.  This word Simon is also is what Jesus calls Simon Peter.  The church is built on the stone or Rock of understanding that Jesus is the Son of God. Hear in this text it takes a stone a rock, a person of firm character or belief to carry the cross or burden of the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.

Simon had a spirit of humility and willingness to obey the soliders and carry the cross of Jesus.  A man that wasn't Jewish which was meant as an insult. A filthy Gentile was only fit to carry the Son of God's burden in their eyes because they did not recognize Jesus for who He was. God divinely orchestrated this as a sign that salvation is not only for the Jew but for the Gentile In addition to that it was to signify the fact that it would be Gentiles who in this day and time would carry the burden of the cross to the lost and to the uttermost parts of the earth.

That word Cyrenian means supremacy of the bridle.  This means that Simon represents a person not only a person of strength of faith, humility, endurance but self control.  Supremecy of the Bridle suggests that He was a man who was able to control his temper, emotions, attitude, and thought life.  Nobody really asked Him to bear the cross of Jesus, they made him. Instead of becoming angry and refusing, he obeyed. Perhaps it was  compassion, love and humility that caused Simon to go ahead and carry the cross of our Lord.

Simon represents a man with incredible endurance. We as Christians have been asked by our savior to bear one another's weaknesses, burdens, troubles and cares.  This means making sacrifices to help others at times when it inconveniences us. Rest assure if we are obedient God has for us a crown of life awaiting us in eternity.

Pastor Please Thomas once said,"If you don't love everybody, there is no need in loving anybody"

This statement is so true. If we as Christians fail to bear one persoin's faults or frailties there is no use in bearing any ones, because we won't make it to heaven with hate, unforgiveness and bitterness in our hearts.

So Be encouraged to bear the infirmities, weaknesses, faults, and frailties of others.

With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;

Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. Ephesians 4:2-3

So today I encourage you to forbear, endure, and bear the crosses of one another. God promises that if we endure will shall be saved. It's not always easy to love those who cause us harm, but that is what we were called to do to love one another as Christ has shown us to love and love endures all things!

And ye shall be hated of all [men] for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. Mark 13:13

God, the Father of Compassion: God remembers you! You are Imprinted on His Mind!

Rhapsody Weekly Post

God, the Father of Compassion: God remembers you! You are Imprinted on His Mind!

Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive.

With out the supernatural love and compassion of Jesus Christ where would we be? It is necessary! With out God's compassion and love we can never fully become who God intended for us to be! God's love enables us to reach beyond our weaknesses and frailties to productivity, successfulness and triumphant.

Triumph for the believer looks like this:

When we walk into heaven as disciplined believers who have served God with pureness of heart and faith; we have triumphed! God is looking for a few believers who are willing to stand up for right! God in his love and compassion for mankind, extends his compassion by allowing us plenty of time to develop the character He desires for us to have. He knows that when we develop the character of Himself; love, joy, peace, patience, meekness, self-control, faithfulness, and gentleness we can complete our God-Given assignments. Having developed the fruits of the Spirit we will definately make it to the New Jerusalem with a reward waiting for us!

But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. Revelations 21:8(KJV)

All we have to do is believe and take advantage of His compassion. God has given us Grace and Mercy through the blessing of time. God gives each of us time to take on a Kingdom mindset. A Kingdom mindset is which taking  on His Image, His way of doing things and being what we have become in word and deed.

We must decrease so that He may increase! Our way of doing things must become His way of doing things! This is only possible by staying in His presence and allowing God to change our nature.

Psalms 111 says
He has made His wonderful works to be remembered; the Lord is gracious, merciful, and full of loving compassion.
He has given food and provision to those who reverently and worshipfully fear Him; He will remember His covenant forever and imprint it [on His mind]. Psalms 111:14-15 (AMP)

God's wonderous works simply means to be marvellous, be wonderful, be surpassing, be extraordinary, separate by distinguishing action

What distinguishes God from everyone else?
What makes Him Awesome, Wonderful and Different? What makes Him a cut above the idol gods that the world presents to us?

It is His ability to set aside His disdain for sin and remember His promises! It is His ability to look beyond betrayal and see loyalty, to look beyond denial and see us claiming Him, to look beyond disobedience and to see compliance, to look beyond rebellion and see submissiveness, to look beyond unforgiveness and see forgiveness, impatience and see forbearence, looking at Adam and seeing Jesus!

God has the ability to look beyond where we are and see where we will be once we choose Him. God can step outside of eternitynd into time at any moment and stop the constant abominations of sin that are present here on earth. But what stops Him?

Compassion and Love for millions of seed that He has sown and that He expects a harvest from. God wants us to be productive. He wants to see the damage satan has done to our nature and watch it go from being deformed, to reformed, to being transformed into the likeness of His son! God wants it so bad that He is willing to wait out all of the other bad seed, just to see the good seed that will come forth with a shine that only exemplifies who He is!

Imprinted on the mind of God is that He made a covenant with Abraham. In Genesis the 12th chapter it is here where God promises that all of the seed of the earth will be blessed through Abraham's seed. We all know that this seed is Jesus Christ. When Jesus took on our sin, He blessed the world with a unique opportunity to be saved and to experience redemption!

So be encouraged! When you are committed to God you are IMPRINTED on His mind! His promises are yea and Amen! If He said it He will do it! Every promise that He has made He will keep because that is His nature! All that we have to do is believe! God is full of compassion!

Every Morning is  a new opportunity to make sure that you are right with God by confessing your sins and making a decision to do your best to walk upright! We don't have to worry because God is a God who remembers His promises!

If you are weary! God remembers you! You are Imprinted on His Mind!
If you are discouraged, God remembers you! You are Imprinted on His Mind!
If you have backslidden? God remembers you! You are Imprinted on His Mind!
If you need Christ?God remembers you! You are Imprinted on His Mind!

Just make the choice to find yourself with Him even if it is in the form of a come back! Come back and watch Him transform you before your own eyes.

Behold old things have passed away and all things have become new!

And Remember He wants you to be TRIUMPHANT! He wants you to make it to the finish line! So get in the race! Stay in the race! An get back on the track! God is waiting on YOU!

Let your day be filled with the love of Christ

God, The Father of Compassion: Do Your Part!

And there shall cleave nought of the cursed thing to thine hand: that the LORD may turn from the fierceness of his anger, and shew thee mercy, and have compassion upon thee, and multiply thee, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers;
When thou shalt hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep all his commandments which I command thee this day, to do [that which is] right in the eyes of the LORD thy God. Deuteronomy 13:17-18

The word compassion in this particular text comes from the Hebrew word, rä·kham'. It simply means:

to love, love deeply, have mercy, be compassionate, have tender affection, have compassion
It also means to have a soft spot for, the love of parents towards their children, to behold with tender affections and to hold close or near the heart. It also means to obtain mercy.

Basically what God is saying in this scripture is that if the Israelites choose to turn away from distractions, ungodly desires, false gods and turn back to Him and become obedient to His words then He will stop being angry with them and show them compassion.

The Israelites kept turning back to their sin and every time they looked at them they saw Satan, sin, dirt and this separated them from their father. It was God’s desire to rectify this situation. He hated being separated from His people so He had a plan to exchange this ugly fact for a beautiful picture; so that every time that He looked at His people when they repented He would see the Best picture and that is His Son Jesus, His Image looking back at Him!

God chose to create Adam. He is the sole progenitor and Father of Life. He is the spring from which every river of water flows from. He is the greatest tributary from which all bodies of water flow. He is the source and seed of all productivity. He is father who teaches us by example.

John 3:16 says that For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever shall believe on Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.

Knowing that Adam and Eve would sin even before He had created them, a father of compassion provided a way of escape through His only begotten Son. A son not produced of the earth who sits at His right hand on His heavenly throne. A son who in obedience to his father shared in the compassion of His father to be made to dwell in human flesh and to die for the sins of a people who were inferior to Him in power.

As a son who operates in oneness of His father, He is sent as the only example of what it truly means to be a Son of God. He exemplifies in every action and in every thought on earth compassion.

God’s love is so deep for His earthly children that He gave up and was separated from the truest example of what it means to be a Son, a son of obedience, love, purity, compassion, kindness, gentleness, meekness, and self-control, Jesus! Priceless!

God’s compassion for man is exemplified in Psalms 103

1-2 O my soul, bless God.
From head to toe, I’ll bless his holy name!
O my soul, bless God,
    don’t forget a single blessing!
3-5 He forgives your sins—every one.

    He heals your diseases—every one.
He redeems you from hell—saves your life!
He crowns you with love and mercy—a paradise crown.
He wraps you in goodness—beauty eternal.
He renews your youth—you’re always young in his presence.

Through Jesus Christ God has created for us the greatest form of compassion!  Through Jesus God forgives our sins, redeems us from hell, crowns us with love and mercy, wraps us in goodness through His Holy Spirit, and renews our strength in the inner man through the Power of the Holy Ghost by way of salvation through faith in His Son Jesus Christ!
Isaiah 53: He was looked down on and passed over,
a man who suffered, who knew pain firsthand.
One look at him and people turned away.
We looked down on him, thought he was scum.
But the fact is, it was our pains he carried—
our disfigurements, all the things wrong with us.
We thought he brought it on himself,
that God was punishing him for his own failures.
But it was our sins that did that to him,
that ripped and tore and crushed him—our sins!
He took the punishment, and that made us whole.
Through his bruises we get healed.
We’re all like sheep who’ve wandered off and gotten lost.
We’ve all done our own thing, gone our own way.
And God has piled all our sins, everything we’ve done wrong,
    on him, on him.
7-9 He was beaten, he was tortured,
but he didn’t say a word.
Like a lamb taken to be slaughtered
and like a sheep being sheared,
he took it all in silence.
Justice miscarried, and he was led off—
and did anyone really know what was happening?
He died without a thought for his own welfare,
beaten bloody for the sins of my people.
They buried him with the wicked,
threw him in a grave with a rich man,
Even though he’d never hurt a soul
or said one word that wasn’t true.
10 Still, it’s what God had in mind all along,
    to crush him with pain.
The plan was that he give himself as an offering for sin
so that he’d see life come from it—life, life, and more life.
And God’s plan will deeply prosper through him.
God is a God who shows us compassion and can only show us compassion as long as we are willing to turn to Him and give Him ALL!  He gave us ALL! Jesus Gave us ALL! God gave us the best part of Himself, Himself! Then He turned around and gave us His Holy Spirit to lead guide and teach us!
God is sheer mercy and grace;
not easily angered, he’s rich in love.
He doesn’t endlessly nag and scold,
    nor hold grudges forever.
He doesn’t treat us as our sins deserve,
nor pay us back in full for our wrongs.
As high as heaven is over the earth,
so strong is his love to those who fear him.
And as far as sunrise is from sunset,
he has separated us from our sins.
As parents feel for their children,
God feels for those who fear him.
He knows us inside and out,

keeps in mind that we’re made of mud.
Men and women don’t live very long;
like wildflowers they spring up and blossom,
But a storm snuffs them out just as quickly,
leaving nothing to show they were here.
God’s love, though, is ever and always,
eternally present to all who fear him,

Making everything right for them and their children
as they follow his Covenant ways
and remember to do whatever he said.
From Psalms 103 Message Bible

The Message
Gather the plunder in the middle of the town square and burn it all—town and plunder together up in smoke, a holy sacrifice to God, your God. Leave it there, ashes and ruins. Don’t build on that site again. And don’t let any of the plunder devoted to holy destruction stick to your fingers. Get rid of it so that God may turn from anger to compassion, generously making you prosper, just as he promised your ancestors.
18 Yes. Obediently listen to God, your God. Keep all his commands that I am giving you today. Do the right thing in the eyes of God, your God.

Turn back to your Father! The God of Compassion has made the way of escape through His Son Jesus! If you confess your sins He is Just to forgive you of your sins and cleanse you from all unrighteousness!

Focus! Stay away from distractions. Stay hidden in God and His purposes and plans for you! Examine your day to day activities and make sure you make sufficient time to hear from God! Examine your friendships and relationships. Make sure that they don’t take you away from fulfilling God’s plans for you! God never leaves us! His compassion is always available through His son, Jesus! It is never too late to return, to get in right standing, reprioritize your time and make new plans that are constructed around God’s instructions to you about what He wants you to do in your life.
Homework: Do a time log of your day and see how much time you truly spend in the arms of Compassion, God. Make changes to your schedule that includes God. His Compassion cannot be shown if you are not looking at Him.
So be Encouraged, God has provided His best for you through His compassion to give us JESUS!

May your day be filled with the love of Christ!

Be Blessed!

Rhapsody Daily Post: The God of Compassion: The Power of Adoption

And when she opened it, she saw the child: and behold the babe cried. And she had COMPASSION on him and said, this is one of the Hebrew's children.

And the child grew...and he became her son and she called him Moses and she said because she drew him out of the water.

Exodus 2:6&10

There are many scriptures in the Bible that highlights the compassion of God. It is impossible for the world to truly experience compassion with out the softening of the human heart by God. God being the creator of all, whose power extends beyond the earth and over the universe has the power to destroy or allow to continue to exist. Life and death truly lies in the hands of God.

The truth is the only reason why man exists is because of His love and compassion on us. As a mother has compassion on her child so is the love or compassion God for has his children.

God shows his compassion as a parent in Genesis when Adam and Eve sin instead of destroying them, He provides for them and their seed a way of escape.

Over the next few weeks we will examine the compassion of God! Today's scripture gives us a big picture of what compassion truly is. In this text the word compassion means to pity, to spare, meekness, gentleness, mild and long suffering.

Here in the text in order to save her child Mose's mother makes an ark out of bulrushes and sends her child down the Nile river in it. The baby is watched as it reaches its destination, the house of Pharoah. (A Great House)

Often when this story is told the faith, love and determination of a mother is highlighted. However today the meekness and compassion of the daughter of Pharoah is center stage. This woman was faced with a choice. She could choose to kill this child or take it in as her own.

What could make a woman of power make the choice of compassion. Was it the weeping of the child? Was it the covering of God? Was it because she had no children of her own?

I believe that the daughter of Pharoah had a heart that was meek, gentle and humble enough to see this child as a gift.

The Hebrew woman were having more children than the Egyptians and were fruitful and this woman had no children. Her lack of fruitfulness put her in a place of compassion and enough humility to show kindness to a woman who had given up her child.

This woman accepted a gift as a result of her ability to show compassion.

In contrast, a prideful woman would have passed up this opportunity. They may have felt too good to adopt the son of a slave. Instead sne chose to rescue a future Prophet of the true and living God.

If Pharoah's daughter chose not to show compassion God would have found a vessel that would have hid His annointed.

We as Christians must sieze God given opportunities to show compassion to others. God shows compassion through willing, gentle, soft hearted people.

Application: Ask God to give you an opportunity this week to show compassion.

Prayer: Lord God of compassion give us a heart like. lthe daughter of Pharoah . Give us a how to symphathize and emphathize with others and show compassion. I pray for those who have been raped, molested, abused, mistreated and caused to become embittered by by the trials of life: that you would heal their hearts and cause them to love and show compassion again.

In Jesus name Amen Amen and Amen!

Life is like a box of chocolates!

Life can be so challenging and one can become weary along the way. Weariness causes spiritual dehydration, stagnation and complacency. Do not be weary in well doing. Dont stop praying fasting and filling up your spirit with Gods word and presence! Prevent spitual dehydration by trusting and believing God through your action to consistently spend time with Him.

When you are dehydrated you lack the energy or enthusiasm to stay dedicated to time with God and fulfilling your Godgiven assignment including kingdom building, kingdom relationships and working towards kingdom financial resources. Stay prayed up! Stay Encouraged! Stay energized and stay on assignment.

Instability is one thing but complacency is another. Complacency causes you to not make kingdom advancements. When you are spiritually dehydrated you lack the stamina, divine revelation and righteous resolve to move from where you are.

It is important to always be evolving in your walk with God. Believers should always be in a position to hear or get a clear word from God. This takes consustency in prayer, increased time with God, fasting and quality study time with God. When believers fail to make time with God a priority a spiritual drought occurs.

Life truly is like a box of chocolates, it brings so much negative and positive with it. The worst thing a believer can do when a test leaves a bad taste in your mouth is not washing it down with some spiritual water.

The Holy Spirit can make some bad spiritual chocolates more palatable for you. Chocolate dehydrates because of the caffeine it contains.  The best thing to do when life throws you something negative is to chase it down with two gallons of the Holy Ghost! Gods spirit will sustain you!

So be encouraged! God is with you if you seek Him daily!

Be Encouraged!

Let your day be filled with the love of Christ!

Give God the Greatest Pleasure!

Rhapsody Daily Post

Give  God the Greatest  Pleasure!

The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy. Psalms 147:11

The Lord takes pleasure, is satisfied, and accepts those who fear Him.

He finds His greatest joy in those who respect, reverence, and are astonished and in awe of His greatness. Those who place God in His rightful place and see Him as He truly is, as a God who extends beyond our own strength and ability will live a life that matches that truth. The Life style that reflects respect for God is a life that pleases God and is a life that  pleases God.

Those who fear him Shoot or pour out their hearts before Him in prayer and in worship. Everything a person who fears God does gives Him honor and exemplifies the greatness of who He is. When our lives reflect the essence of who He is as a loving, Kind God with standards of righteous living God is pleased.

Those who fear God hope in His mercy because they realize that they are in need of it. Mercy is God's Goodness, Kindness and Faithfulness.

An example of faithfulness in the bible is the covenant that God made with the children of Israel. In spite of their constant disobedience He kept the promise that He made with Abraham that all of the worlds would be blessed through His seed.

From Abraham,  to Joseph, to Moses, to David to Jesus God showed His faithfulfulness to keep His promise even unto the seed of today!

God has promised you mercy through Jesus Christ! If we choose to live according to God's rules. If we present our bodies as a living sacrifice holy and acceptable unto God which is our reasonable service God will show His Mercy by giving us all of the Blessings He promised Abraham.

God chose to vindicate us through the blood of Jesus and if we embrace this truth  we can walk in FREEDOM, Productivity, Triumph, Success and His Best!

God is the Best! He made us to be our best and our best  is  service through the way we live and treat others. When we show the love of Christ it gives God the greatest Pleasure.

So Be ENCOURAGED! If it is your sole goal is to be pleasing to God you will live a life that reflects what pleases Him! The end  result is pleasures forever more in eternity, provision while on earth and even some things that you desire!

For if you delight in Him He will give you the desires of  your heart! Psalms 37:3-4

Trust in the LORD, and do good; [so] shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

Be Encouraged!
